
Two projects shortlisted for Housing Design Awards 2025

Stour Road (Fish Island East) and Charlton & Albany have been shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards 2025.
Stour Road, formerly known as the Piano Factory, for Firethorn Trust on Fish Island in Hackney Wick is a mixed-use development providing purpose built student accommodation and commercial space on the site of the former Broadwood Piano Factory.

Charlton & Albany for the London Borough of Hounslow in Brentford is a scheme of 211 homes, all affordable. Design for Passivhaus certification, 95% of homes are dual or triple aspect, with form factor, orientation and embodied carbon optimised to create exemplary sustainable architecture.
