Royal Street London 2021–

This apartment building forms part of a development overlooking Archbishop's Park in Waterloo, a stone’s throw from the Thames.

A generous double height community space at ground level is topped with 130 apartments over thirteen floors. This ground floor will feel like a pavilion and an extension of a new walled garden. Everybody will arrive home through the walled garden – part of a constellation of retreats around the park – with the well-being that affords.

Each of the four flat types in this mixed-tenure building are well planned with efficient circulation creating generous living areas and entrance halls to create neighbourly common parts.

Detailed planning approval was granted in 2023.
