Poland House London 2020–

The scheme creates 37 student flats (282 study bedrooms) together with facilities for the wider community, significant public realm improvements and a south-facing garden.

The site is close to the Olympic Park in Stratford in east London in a neighbourhood which has undergone significant regeneration over the past decade.
