Kings Crescent Masterplan London 2017–

The masterplan for the southside builds on the success of our completed first phase, stitching together the two halves of the estate. It combines new residential buildings and refurbished housing with additional social infrastructure woven through the site. 219 new mixed tenure homes will be created in 5 buildings, with 174 refurbished homes, a new community centre, shops and workspace. The masterplan was developed in collaboration with Karakusevic Carson Architects and Muf Architecture/Art.

Refurbishment will provide each home with a new loggia balcony, improving the living conditions for existing residents. New entrance pavilions, improvements to front and back gardens and enhancements to communal areas will transform the existing buildings and strengthen the relationship between the estate and the wider city.
