De Vere Gardens London 2011–2013
This second floor apartment is situated in a building just south of Hyde Park that dates from the 1870s. The design re-orders the accommodation into a series of well-proportioned rooms.

Each room is defined by the ceiling – a series of shallow barrel vaults the rhythm of which reflect the existing window pattern. This both characterises the space and accentuates the light within a very limited ceiling height.
