Central Winchester Regeneration Winchester 2023–

Our scheme for the regeneration of central Winchester will transform a fragmented part of the Roman and Saxon city centre into a coherent mixed-use quarter – arguably the most significant change the city has seen in a millennium. Central Winchester Regeneration replaces a bus station and a number of defunct multi-storey car parks, creating two new squares and a number of new streets, yards and passageways. It also opens up a culverted waterway, a number of which flow under the city. The scheme involves the construction of 7 new buildings and the adaptive reuse of another two.
