Poland House Gateway Approval

Henley Halebrown’s project for purpose-built student accommodation in Stratford, East London has secured Gateway 2 Approval from the Building Safety Regulator. Construction of the 12-storey building commences in Q1 2026 with works set to complete in readiness for the 2028/29 academic year.
