Our scheme at 302-312 Stratford High Street for Dominvs Group has received planning approval.
The design is exemplary of our interest in architecture as social infrastructure and the role of mixed-use projects in providing social value.
On this scheme, in addition to student accommodation for Queen Mary University of London, there is workspace for creatives and small start-ups, and a community pub run by the Made UP Collective.
Although 302-312 Stratford High Street is a tall building, communal spaces are distributed throughout the section and concentrated at the midpoint, where interiors are coupled with a large roof garden and as a result more accessible to all.
