Kings Crescent Estate Phases 3&4 is one of Archello's Best Projects of 2020

We’re delighted that Archello have selected Kings Crescent Estate Phases 3&4 as one of their best projects of 2020 from over 3,000 submissions.
The masterplan for the southside builds on the success of our completed first phase, stitching together the two halves of the estate. It combines new residential buildings and refurbished housing with additional social infrastructure woven through the site. 219 new mixed tenure homes will be created in 5 buildings, with 174 refurbished homes, a new community centre, shops and workspace. The masterplan was developed in collaboration with Karakusevic Carson Architects and Muf Architecture/Art.
