Planning Permission has been granted for Henley Halebrown’s comprehensive redevelopment of 12 Smithfield, an outdated office building occupying a prominent site opposite the Grade II* listed Smithfield Market.
The project for Railpen reuses the existing structure in its entirety, bringing new life to the building as the surrounding area evolves into a cultural destination with the opening of the new London Museum within the market’s historic structures.
