Topping Out at Castle Lane

Our Castle Lane project has now been officially topped out.
The adaptive reuse of four Victorian terraces in Westminster creates 88 affordable homes developed for Landsec and registered housing provider Notting Hill Genesis. The scheme is just five minutes' walk from Buckingham Palace
These structures were purpose built in the 1880s for the workers at the nearby Stag Brewery. The design reconfigures the interiors to create modern homes whilst retaining as much original built fabric as possible – the substructure, external walls and cores - at the same time accommodating a significant change in space standards and mix of dwelling types and sizes since the buildings were built about 140 years ago.
The scheme is being delivered by HG Construction.
